Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in Upwork sales.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent sales growth.
- Strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
- Actively bid on Upwork projects to generate business opportunities and close deals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their project requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to obtain project estimates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of experience in Animation, Web Development is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
