TheTechTurbine is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee development and Design projects from planning through delivery. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong project management skills, and strategic thinking to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates and addressing issues in collaboration with the sales department.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project completion with high-quality standards.
- Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, proactively manage risks, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Provide technical guidance as needed, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals.
- Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure project outcomes enhance user experience and meet quality benchmarks.
- Leverage project management tools like Trello to track and manage project progress effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT services (Design, Web Development, MobileApp, and 2D Animation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement.
- Experience with IT services, including design, animation, and development, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Trello and other project management methodologies is a plus.
